Jacob Azran - CEO

Jacob has been a CEO since 2011. He has brought 20 years of Hi Tech experience to
Blue-I. Jacob is an active entrepreneur who co-founded Vcodes CPS Ltd. and is a team member in the group that established Ayehu Software Technologies Ltd. where he serves today as a member of the board.
Jacob held in the past, senior executive positions at Orbotech Ltd., there he led the company's multi-million US Dollars business activities in Taiwan (General Manager), Hong Kong (Vice president), Japan (representative Director) and Europe (President).
In his spare time Jacob is also active in voluntary advisory groups supporting small industrial companies in the Israeli periphery. Jacob holds academic degrees in statistics (B.Sc.) and in social science (M.A) from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Stela Diamant - VP R&D

Dr. Stela Diamant, VP R&D since 2008. Prior to her position at Blue I Water Technologies, Dr. Diamant served as a Director of Advance Process Control Solutions with MKS Instruments Inc. leading the development of a product suite data collection and analysis. Previously, she was a member of the technical stuff at Applied Materials Inc. where, among others, she managed the development of tools and process development with design for cleantech. Prior to her role at MKS, Dr. Diamant was the Head of R&D Process and Applications at Sagitta Ltd. – a failure analysis and fiber optic systems company – and led the development of optical buffers at an Israeli start-up.
Dr. Stela Diamant is the holder of patents in plasma sources, optical components process and automated process control. Mrs. Diamant holds a Doctor of Sciences in Physical Chemistry from The Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Avia Bar-Noy - VP Operations

Avia Bar-Noy, VP Operations since 2009. With over 25 years experience in the Israeli Hi-Tech electronic industry, Mr. Bar-Noy has gained professional expertise in all aspects of manufacturing: engineering, purchasing, planning and production. Prior to his position at Blue I Water Technologies, Mr. Bar-Noy served as VP Operations at Resolute Networks. Previously, he was VP Operations at Shiron Satellite Communications.
